The home office is also the administrative center for Brush Country Claims. CENTRAL CLAIMS ADMINISTRATIONAll claim assignments are received, coordinated, and distributed through our home office in Alice, Texas. With the aid of our Central Administrative System, files and information can be reviewed and processed then electronically submitted to adjusters and insurance providers streamlining the process and ensuring that claims can be processed in the most efficient manner possible. Branch Manager: Gary Fields Gary Fields – Houston Property Branch Manager Gary is a Senior Claims Representative with 16 years experience handling all areas of Property and Casualty Insurance. Gary also has experience in coverage issues for fire, water, theft, inland marine, flood, mold, and vehicle claims. He has an extensive background in handling large losses, and conducting investigations including statements, inspections, records searches, and supervision of outside experts. Gary has expert knowledge in all types of automobile claims, coverage, liability, vehicle damage estimating, and bodily injury.
