All claim assignments are received, coordinated, and distributed through our home office in Alice, Texas. With the aid of our Central Administrative System, files and information can be reviewed and processed then electronically submitted to adjusters and insurance providers streamlining the process and ensuring that claims can be processed in the most efficient manner possible.

The home office, located in Alice, Texas, supervises all heavy equipment claims and any other claims that may be filed outside any of our branch areas. Catastrophe operations are managed by Richard Myers. The home office is also the administrative center for Brush Country Claims.
